I have worked in community relations for decades and always am impressed when I see stellar customer relations because, unfortunately, it’s a rare commodity. To call me on your cell phone from the road within an hour of my email to your company was remarkable. Please know how much I appreciate your going above and beyond to try to get the garbage cans to me.
